meet the founder
Hi Buffalo!
I’m Dani, the founder and heart behind Breeze Fitness + Wellness, and I’m so excited you’re here. This space is a reflection of everything that has shaped me- my passion for movement, the transformative power of music, and my deep belief in the importance of showing up for ourselves.
Breeze was born from my love of teaching, of connecting with others on a deeper level, and of sharing energy that uplifts and renews. It’s more than just a place to work out. It's a beachy sanctuary designed to be an escape where you can step out of your everyday routine and into a world where you feel confident, beautiful, and free. Movement has been my guide, my healer, my way of understanding myself and the world around me. Fitness didn’t just change my body- it changed my perspective, helping me to embrace life with a sense of purpose and peace. It’s a journey I’m grateful to share with you. When you step into my class, you’re stepping into a space of celebration, movement, and joy. My teaching is infused with energy, intention, and a commitment to ensuring you leave feeling stronger, both inside and out.
With experience in sculpt, pilates, yoga, and dance, I bring a well-rounded approach to every class- one that challenges you, inspires you, and leaves you feeling empowered. At Breeze, we move, sweat, flow, and rise together. I can’t wait to meet you on the mat and be part of your journey!

Shay Daniels, Studio Coordinator
Hi, I’m Shay! Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember—from playing sports growing up to discovering my passion for the gym as an adult. Over the years, movement has not only been my outlet but also my anchor through life’s ups and downs.
That passion eventually led me to become a certified trainer. I wanted to take what fitness has given me—strength, resilience, and confidence—and share it with others in a way that inspires lasting change.
When you come to my classes, my goal is to give you a healthy outlet—a space where you can let go, forget about everything else, and leave behind whatever may be holding you back.
Whether you’re stepping into a class for the first time or pushing yourself to new limits, I’ll be right there cheering you on. I believe fitness is about so much more than just the workout—it’s about growth, mindset, and becoming the healthiest, happiest version of yourself.
